USPS files final rule to discontinue POSTNET barcode
The Postal Service filed its final rule on the discontinuance of the POSTNET barcode to go into effect on January 28, 2013. As of the effective date mail pieces submitted with POSTNET barcodes will not be eligible for any automation prices.
