INDUSTRY LEADING DATA PROCESSING SERVICES
BMS offers a secure environment for all data processing and protects our client’s private information including HIPAA data, financial documents and everything in between.
Our software workflow automates the file receipt process by allowing clients to securely upload data via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) or through a web-based submission portal. The automated process confirms the receipt of data files via email notification and initiates an advanced data validation audit to ensure duplicate files will never be processed a second time. Once processing is complete, the client will be alerted by email that their documents are available for web proofing. The entire job or individual documents may be approved or rejected before the final documents are generated for printing.
Our workflows have been designed to allow us to meet customers SLA’s and tight deadlines, while providing the highest quality customer service possible.
The CASS™ certification process is designed in cooperation with the mailing industry to improve the accuracy of postal codes, i.e., Five-Digit ZIP Code®, ZIP + 4®, delivery point (DPCs), and carrier route codes that appear on mailpieces.
Who is CASS for?
The PAVE program is a process designed in cooperation with the mailing industry to evaluate presort software and determine its accuracy in sorting address files according to Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) standards.
