Tony Tysver
Chief Operating Officer
Tony’s unique role is at the heart of our company. He is our go-to person for getting it done! He oversees the organization’s ongoing and day-to-day operations. He assists the CEO and establishes policies that promote our company culture and vision through its operations. In addition, he provides leadership while ensuring all the departments work together to keep the operations on schedule.

Jeffrey Betterton
President
Jeff serves as President for BMS Direct. As a key leader, he works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team to set the organization’s strategic direction and translate the vision and corporate goals set into effective operational strategies and actions to meet the financial goals and objectives. He is accountable for ensuring the achievement of the overall strategic plan. Continuously cultivate and maintain positive relationships between departments, employees, and the community to increase public awareness and increase support for the organization. Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals in keeping with established ethical standards, policies, and guidelines.

John Smoot
VP Finance & Administration, CCO
John serves as VP of Finance & Administration and CCO for BMS Direct. In this role, he leads strategic financial decisions, directing the accounting and financial management of the organization. His responsibilities include accounting, leading compliance and safety, human resources, and purchasing functions.

Bob Hansen
VP of Sales, Marketing and Client Services
Bob Hansen has over 20 years of experience as a sales manager in the print and mailing industry. Bob’s responsibilities with BMS Direct include the leadership and supervision of the sales and marketing teams, as well as providing input and assistance to the senior leadership team as it pertains to the direction and execution of the company’s strategic vision.
